Since that time we have expanded our service offerings to include corporate communication and marketing services.

Peter H. Ripley -- Web Development
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Peter did his independent study in computer assessment of human personality, earning a BA in Psychology. He began his professional career in project management for catalog agencies and has been a full time web developer since 1996. CatalogAge recently quoted Peter covering web design and development issues.
Tim Neudecker -- Database Development
Tim studied algorithms and system design at the University of Arkansas before joining Wood Specialty Products, designing inventory and manufacturing control solutions. Later at Awards Inc. (a local specialties vendor) he applied database programming to problems involving scheduling, inventory and tracking. He moved three years later to New York-based AGA Creative, LLC where he specialized in database solutions for workflow management. In 2000 he founded the New York FilemakerPro Users' Group and has since been frequently called upon to lecture to that group. Tim has worked with Solvient since its founding in the Spring of 2000.
Jason W. Hornik -- Marketing
After ten years of studying and working in the field of Russian Studies, both in the U.S. and abroad, Jason turned his attention to marketing and international business. On graduating with an MBA from the University of Connecticut, Jason pursued an expertise in Marketing Research at the Burke Institute and has spent the last ten years in the field of marketing. He has developed effective global marketing programs for organizations to target diverse audiences in a wide range of industries.
At the center of his strategic thinking is the ability to obtain, analyze, and use actionable information to drive decision-making. Jason's recent projects have involved marketing strategy development and planning, customer acquisition and retention, product development, creative strategy testing, customer and employee satisfaction, online research, focus group moderation, survey and questionnaire design, and competitive and financial analysis.
